La Casa & la Quercia is composed of two separates apartments; Granpa's House and Cicero's Apartment for a total of more than 250 squares meters.

Granpa's 200 sq two floor villa has a big monumental stone arch dating back 1860. A nice kitchen with a fire place that works also as heating system for the entire house and a lovely dining room where you can enjoy lunch or dinner

The upper floor is composed of two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.

Double Bedroom with private bathroom outside not in the room: "Sophia" Loren the italian actress who filmed the movie "La Ciociara" (Two women) winning the Academy Award for Best Actress and for the first time an acting Oscar had been given for a non-English-speaking performance. Double Bedroom with private bathroom en-suite:"Vittorio" De Sica, the Italian actor and director born in Sora on 1901. "Cicerone" is a self furnished apartment with independent entrance from the garden. Double bedroom with bathroom and shower, kitchen and dining room, fan, and pellet stove for the winter and solar energy panel. The entire apartment is entitled to Marcus Tullius Cicero born in Arpino, only 10 minutes far from our Villa on 3 January 106 BC. He was a Roman philosopher, politician, lawyer, orator, political theorist, consul and constitutionalist.
