Originally there were only two trulli, used as fodder and, later, between 1800 and early 1900, they added more rooms and facilities to meet the needs of a family who grew up with its rural activities. A large complex composed of three apartments perfectly independent and common spaces such as the Hague, located in the most ventilated and shaded by large pine, parking space and a small Trulli with a wood oven. "Il Focolare" is composed of two rooms with bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds, a sofa of the chimney, bathroom with shower and washing machine, a kitchen/dining room with a large window, sunny afternoon where you can admire the beautiful sunsets of the area, the apartment is equipped with heating. "La Capanna" is that a small and comfortable apartment consists of a room kitchen, dining/living room with sofa bed room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The third apartment, much wider, it works in b & b and consists of spaces such as; two dining rooms, a kitchen, a fireplace and a room more double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and separate entrance. There are just 300 metres a salumeria/tobacco and the picturesque historic centre of Locorotondo is only 3 km.
