This wonderful home is an apartment of 75 sqm on the first floor (with elevator) of a typical Roman palace, in the Prati neighborhood adjacent to the Vatican and St. Peter.

In the bright living room you will find a glass table on which you can comfortably eat in six people, a sofa bed and a lovely balcony where smoking and chatting overlooking a typical street of Rome.
The two double bedrooms are fully functional, with wardrobes, luggage racks, desk. The beds are made before your arrival. The windows are all facing inwards which guarantees silence for your rest.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, dishes, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric plates and everything you need. It also has a balcony with very convenient service.
The bathroom has all the facilities and shower. The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, comfortable especially for longer stays.

The apartment is in a very central location in the Prati district, one of the most ancient and populous characteristic of Rome. On the first floor of a typical Roman palace, but in a tourist district inhabited mainly by Roman citizens for a holiday immersed in the atmosphere of the city.

From the apartment you can walk to the Vatican and St. Peter's in 10 minutes and a half hour walk Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps.
But who does not like to have to walk the subway stop Cipro 400 meters and a dozen bus lines that stop 100 meters from the apartment.

Around the apartment all types of shops and local markets one of the largest and most famous of Rome's Triumphal Market where you can buy food, fresh fruits and vegetables.
