Masseria Tagliente extends over 185.00 hectares in Murge dei Trulli m.420 to altitude in an area consisting predominantly of Mediterranean scrub and oak woods. The house, the most monumental of all the farms of Martina was built in 1849 in a panoramic position. From the windows you can see in the distance the sea and the mountains of the Pollino in Calabria. The building marks the apotheosis of the country house that becomes an exclusive destination resorts. Beside the house is the chapel, surmounted by a stone statue depicting St. Martino, patron saint of Martina Franca. On the first floor of the house, there is the area for guests. Entrance / dining introduces us to a cozy sitting area, large kitchen with a terrace where breakfast can be served. On the other side there is a large living room whose windows overlook the front of the farm. Around this room are located the large bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. Another triple room (2 single beds and a queen size bed), takes advantage of another room or bathroom or next to the lounge.
