Masseria the "Palmentelle" is a small farm of 4 hectares, situated in the peaceful quiet of the countryside of Salento 5 minutes from Lecce and 20 minutes from the Ionian and Adriatic seas. Your holiday accommodation surrounded by olive groves, arable land and a small orchard and garden. The core of the house is the "millstone" ie the place where the wine was made by hand from the end of '800 to 20 years ago, the center of which reign the two large tanks where local stone was crushed grapes. Four options available: the rooms Earth, Air, Wood and Fire, each with private entrance and private bath. The Air is a studio room with sleeping loft and living room-kitchen on the ground floor. Breakfast, barbecue and outdoor parking available excess fruit consumption is transformed into exquisite natural jams, as the surplus vegetables are stored for consumption off-season with the traditional methods of pasteurization or sun dried. Tastings products typical of our production (fruit, olive oil, vegetables ..) all strictly natural and without chemical additives.
