It was obtained by the restauration of old small houses builded in the historical centre of the town, in the highest zone of the city (the ancient arabic quarter), in the full respect of the original architectural characteristics.

So was realized several indipendent little suites, connected by an external staircase.

A particulary attention was dedicated to the restoration and to the furnishings; in fact the frames, the doors and the staircases were realized in solid wood, the chandeliers, the banisters and others object are in wrought iron; the furnishings are original old sicilian furnitures or handicraft-maked in the same old style.

All the houses face inside of a small, delightful, indipendent yard; from some windows it’s also possible to enjoy a magnificent view over the Temples Valley and over the Mediterranean Sea. “Corte dei Greci”, located in a strategical position in the hearth of the historical centre of the town, is near, only few footsteps, to the Santa Maria dei Greci Church (Greek domination period), to the San Gerlando Cathedral (builded about in the XIII century), to the Lucchesiana Library (XVIII century) and to the S. Alfonso Church. Besides, “Corte dei Greci” is very near to Atenea street, the commercial centre of the town, where it’s possible admirer others ancient monuments and take time for shopping, for drinks in the more important bars of the city and eat very tasteble food in the typical restaurants. “Corte dei Greci” is also near (few minutes by foot) to the Pirandello Theatre and Posta Vecchia Theatre.

Every room is equipped of personal bathroom, fridge-bar and a little kitchen. The breakfast is served in a particulary room, obtained from the restoration of and old great stable, digged in the tufa rock, a very natural cooled room (see picture).
