Adele House is a hotel located on the third floor of a building with lift, located just five minutes walk from the sea. Close to the A14 motorway and all major services: bar, tobaccos, supermarkets, betting shops, banks, pharmacies, public transport (bus and train), restaurants and taverns with tourist menus. Not far from the city center that is from the medieval village, both accessible even without a car.
Adele House is for people who want to spend a quiet weekend in the "Riviera" or live a happy holiday by the sea (European Blue Flag for several years) and all the entertainment related to it, a place away from the daily stress, where you can enjoy good local cuisine and also find a certain physical comfort. And 'in fact possible to travel several kilometers along the coast all on the bike path and totally flat, or jog right on the beach or just walking in the shadow of the multitude of palm trees, which make Grottammare the "Pearl of the Adriatic". Moreover, in front of your accommodation, there is a large fenced playground where you can leave your children free to play, play ball or read a book under the shade of a tree.
Adele House has two double bedrooms and one twin, all with extra bed, a large shared bathroom with all facilities, and a common area with sea view, where breakfast is served or you can relax.
I chose this name in memory of my mother, who taught me that hospitality must allow the recipient to feel totally at ease as if he were at his house, and this is the one who with the help of my partner, we want to convey to anyone who dwell in our structure.

TERMS OF USE
Upon arrival you will receive your keys and you will be completely independent with no time restrictions for the return at night, but the rest is respecting other people is staying the whole building, in particular from 24 hours to 08 hours. You can not even keep pets at home, but you can smoke in the common area near the porch or in your room on your balcony. We prefer cash payment and delivery of the keys. The room and bathroom will be cleaned daily at times to determine, based on different needs, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days but only for stays over four.
