When you arrive in this town, perhaps for the first time, you’ll understand why we gave the name Càdelsol (House of the Sun) to our home. We are right in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, 188Km from the Italian coast and 178Km from the African coast. You will be dazzled by the golden tufa stone in which this ancient town was built.
Your attention will be caught by the tall palm trees, magnolias in the parks and the constantly flowering poinsettias, as well as hibiscus and bouganvilia carpeted balconies and doorways.
The vegetation thick with lentisk, cistes and bursting yellow broom abundant in the town in mild January.
