We are located in the historical centre of Pescasseroli, in the province of L’Aquila, the historical capital of the National Park of Abruzzo- Lazio- and Molise, one of the most important protected areas of Italy.
Pescasseroli is situated in the upper valley of the Sangro River, 1167m above sea level among ancient beech forests and suggestive mountains.
The house has recently been renovated to make it comfortable and welcoming, with a private bathroom in each room. At the same time extreme care has been taken to preserve all the elements which characterized it as a middle-class dwelling of the beginning of last century.
