The structure is a classical bed and breakfast with buffet breakfast included. The property is easily reachable from the train station (5 minutes walk), it is a 10-minute walk from the historical centre, and it is easily reachable from the exit of the motorway A14 and the Via Emilia. There are 3 rooms for a maximum of 6 customers per day according to law (the extra bed for children is excluded), two on the first floor and one on the ground floor(living guest room of 50 sqm, fully furnished with breakfast corner and a table on which you can have breakfast and take-away meals; this room can accommodate up to four people). The other two rooms are a double room with 2 single beds and a double room with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, outside the rooms, entirely at the disposal of customers. There is possibility either of on-street parking or in the private garden. For stays of 7 or more nights it is provided the use of kitchen and laundry facilities in self-management twice per week. We accept pets of small and medium size with a supplement of 2 € per day. Children up to 4 years are free of charge, for children up to 12 years old there is a discount of 10%.
